The hotel is in a convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms may be suitable for singles or couples without children but are a bit tired-looking. The service is top-notch with helpful and friendly staff. The dining options are limited, offering only a few preselected meals each morning.
The hotel had a weird room layout, nothing like the photos, but the room was super comfortable. It would have been better if there was some storage or a small table for luggage instead of leaving it on the floor. The service was excellent, especially from Alice who went above and beyond, although they forgot a Birthday Cake for me. The location was great with plenty of good eateries nearby and close to public transport. The dining experience was odd and comparably expensive, not a strong point of the hotel. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
I was impressed with the modern and clean rooms, but disappointed by the lack of space and the inconvenience of not booking the jacuzzi in advance. The hotel offered a great deal through Agoda, even lower than their own website.
